Assistant Director

Sevil is a Ganja native and CARD’s Assistant Director. She plays a key role in both our internal and external operations. Also, since the Vocational Training Centre opened in 2005, she has been managing its day-to-day operations. Sevil has many years of experience working for NGOs, other aid programs, and the government. She is glad to be able to contribute to the lives of others and to be a part of helping the world around us become a better place.

Another way she serves those around her is as a lecturer of Economics at the Ganja Agriculture Institute using her excellent academic knowledge on the economic and social aspects of the emerging economy in Azerbaijan. She is married with two children.
